• Support a worldwide SAP system, assist in its technical and customization issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot support issues for end users.
• Be a key interface for the users in the event of incidents.
• Identify opportunities for application improvement.

Elvárások / Requirements / Erwartungen

• University or college degree.
• 2-3 years working knowledge of SAP CRM module.
• IC Web Client knowledge preferred.
• Configuration experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – fluent English a must, Spanish an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and affinity for team-based action planning.
• Client focus, team spirit.
